AI Frontdesk is an AI assistant that answers your phone calls and website chats around the clock — answering questions, booking appointments and capturing leads, so you never miss a customer. Email and messenger support are coming soon.
What it does
AI Frontdesk handles routine customer conversations so your team can focus on the work that needs a person. Two channels are available today, with two more planned:
- Phone (available) — the AI receptionist answers calls in a natural voice 24/7.
- Website chat (available) — the chat agent replies instantly to visitors on your site.
- Email (coming soon) — reading email and drafting replies, planned for the next 3–6 months.
- Messenger (coming soon) — WhatsApp and social messages, planned for the next 3–6 months.
On both the phone and website chat, the assistant can:
- Answer common questions about your business, services and opening hours.
- Book appointments directly in your calendar when you connect it, using your real-time availability.
- Gather and qualify leads, capturing the caller's or visitor's name, contact details and reason for getting in touch.
- Take messages and send you a summary of each conversation.
- Forward or transfer the call to a real person when the matter is urgent or needs a human.
To set up, you connect your phone number and add the chat widget to your site, paste your website so AI Frontdesk can learn your business, and choose a voice and greeting. Appointments and contacts can sync to your calendar and CRM with your permission.
